1. Responsible for the mechanical structure design of electronic products and the preparation of technical documentation;
2. Proficient in using office software, CAD, and 3D modeling software (such as CATIA, UG, etc.);
3. Bachelor's degree or higher (in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields);
4. Preference will be given to candidates with over two years of experience in electrical, electronic technology, or mechanical structure design;
5. Specific project details and compensation will be discussed during the interview;
1、Develop and execute the company's human resources strategy and plans.
2、Formulate various HR policies and procedures.
3、Conduct job analysis, and establish and improve departmental and position descriptions.
4、Oversee comprehensive HR management across all key modules:
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, promotions, and separations.Implement employee training programs, focus on career development, and manage talent assessment and cultivation.Administer the performance management system.Manage compensation and benefits programs.Handle daily personnel administration.Oversee labor contract management, resolve labor disputes, and ensure compliance with labor protection regulations.
5、Handle other tasks assigned by leadership.
